Born and raised in Italy, Anna graduated in Interior Design before completing a Masters in Theatre Studies in Venice. She won a university grant to be spent abroad where she met award-winning designer Paul Brown, under whose guidance she undertook a training across various opera theatres in Europe.
Forthcoming projects include the set and costume design of Les Mamelles de Tiresias, directed by Alessandro Talevi for Les Azuriales Opera, La Traviata for Hampstead Garden Opera in London and the revival design of Idomeneo at the Lithuanian National Opera Theatre directed by Graham Vick. As an associate designer to Madeleine Boyd, she will work on the production of The Magic Flute at the Central City Opera (Colorado, USA).
Her recent credits as a designer include La Tragédie de Carmen (Pop Up Opera, London) La Traviata (Hampstead Garden Opera, London) Don Giovanni (HeadFirst Productions for Pleasance Theatre, London), Vanara - the musical (London) Tallis and the Tides of Love (Ora Singers, London), Falstaff (Les Azuriales Opera, Nice) Love on the Dole (Arts Space, London), King Lear and The Love Shack (Technis Theatre, London) and La chiave dell'ascensore (Teatro Sociale di Como, Italy).
Anna has worked as a Production Designer for the 2017 concerts of Ora Singers, a choir ensemble committed to producing the best of choral music conducted by Suzi Digby. She designed the launch concert at the Cutty Sark Museum in 2017, the Christmas concerts at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea and St. Mary-le-Bow Church in Cheapside as well as the 'Renaissance' tour in February 2018.
